Recommended holsters for lefties?

Well, I'm a lefty and trying to see what other lefty shooters prefer. Everytime I go to the range, I asked if they've gotten in any left-handed holsters so I can try them out before I just spend the money and they're always saying no, so rather than just buying 1, without trying it out, I'd prefer to get some feedback from people who already own 1!!!

I really like the style holster where the gun is on the outside of the pants/shorts, but the buckle slips on the inside of the pants/shorts.

Let me know what you guys use!!

Thanks,
Andrew

So you're looking for a OWB holster, that's Outside Waist Band. I'm not lefty and the only holsters I've brought have been IWB bu if you do a google search on gunblast + holster I'm sure you will find good information to help you. Gunblast reviews a lot of guns and holsters and other equipment and the arthur is a southpaw like you. Read some of the gun reviews too because often he will include some holster that he used. He also did a review on Crossbreed, one of our sponsers. Although its a IWB, anyone here will tell you its a great holster.

I've used two brands of holsters consistantly over the years...Blade-Tech (Kydex) and Don Hume (leather).
I'm also a lefty.

I'm a lefty but carry IWB. I have had good results with Blade tech and Comptac's MTAC.

There may even be a worse case: you fight with no hope of victory, because it is better to perish as warriors than to live as slaves.

You know, what works for righties, works for lefties; just backwards. I doubt that you need to focus your poll on left handed shooters to find a good holster.

I agree that finding left handed holsters can be a challenge but they are out there. We keep an absolute minimum of 1,000 left hand holsters in stock at all times but other dealers seem to selectively focus on the right handed crowd. Too bad! There is a strong market in left handed holsters.

I note your last reference and believe you may be referring to paddle holsters but that's just my guess.
