Last week I ordered the Zems from Pistol Gear on a recommendation from a friend who swears by them. havent gotten them yet so cant give you a review yet!

I always buy a bulk pack of the Peltor 33db disposable plugs. They work awesome, and when I need to double-up at an indoor range, I just put on my light earmuffs over the top of them.
