Anyone get their P6/P225 yet?

Did anyone get their P6's yet? I'm still trying to scrape together about $300 to cop one. I must get one of these before they dry up.

I think I may do a black frame/grey slide re-finish job on mine.

Pachmeyer(SP?) used to make grips for the P225 but they discountied them so you can find them but they are not easy to find or cheap. I saw some on eBay for $60+. Also if you are ordering from AIMsurplus they have a handpick option that is only $10.

Supposedly the internals on these are all good and thats all I care about. I plan on refinishing the gun so I dont care about the external. Has anyone found a holster that will work for these aside from the old one they give you with it?

CenterFire Systems has these for a decent
price. Also, CDNN's latest flyer offers them
but at a slightly higher price.

I am going over to CenterFire on Tuesday.

Also, I'm hoping the XD holsters will work
with them. These machines are very similiar
to the Sig built Brownings.

yeah i saw those on eabay. That was all google gave me in results, i was hopping there was some other answer besides a $60 rubber grip. $17-24 for a nice hougue sign me up. I would feel dumb putting a $60 rubber grip on a $259 gun.

Yeah I think we all saw the rubber grips on ebay. Looks like the only after market grips are the fancy wooden Nills grips.

damn those stock grips are ugly. I love the feel of the contoured Hogue grips. Oh well for the price I will learn to deal with it, and love my lil ugly sig. Nill grip option if I ever fall head over heals for the old girl and want to pimp her out with some NP3 and fancy wood grips.

My research if correct says it’s a p220 variant/derivative is it possible the grips are interchangeable from any other sig 220 variants?
