I love how people that don't live in NJ and CA say ''get a new FFL''.

Oh ok. Let me uproot my wife, two kids and little brother so I can get cheaper FFL transfers. I'm hoping to move by the end of the year, with or without my house getting sold if the right job offers come along.

Just messing with you man. I can understand not wanting to move! I just wish Montana would move to Indiana and everything would be good. I love that state!

Ugh...I hate to say it but I might have to pick up one of these to keep my Swiss P225 company. A SIG of this quality for about 3 bills is a total steal in anybody's book.
I also think that after these dry up ,their prices will rise. I distinctly remember the cheapo East German Makarovs made in the Walther factory, selling for a paltry 129.95 in 1994 (thank God I got one). Now, those are easily 350 bucks a pop. The East German Lugers were also around 3 bills and everyone looked down on them but ratty examples are selling for 600 bucks plus. I saw the EG Luger bakelite grips alone on Gunbroker, sell for 75 bucks! Another gem I took advantage of in the 90s was the Isralei FN Hi-Powers for 275 bucks....seen a Belgian Hi-Power anywhere near that price lately? Me neither. So I might be calling CDNN next week to order a P6. They have really nice ones for 289 and my Swiss P225 mags will work in the P6 and it will fit my Speed Scabbard for the P225 as well. You all will be amazed at how sweet shooting the P6/P225 is. I know...some are wondering how someone can get that worked up over an 8-shot 9mm, but the fact is that these are accurate, reliable, well made guns that are selling for a fraction of what they should sell for. I used to own several popular 9mms (from a Ruger p89 to a Beretta 92, Smith 5906...etc.) and sold all my 9mms but kept two: the Isralei Hi-Power and the Swiss P225. They're that good. Since many of you missed the 75 dollar new Russian SKSs, 65 dollar Enfields and 100 dollar Swede Mausers of the 90s...here is your chance to own a quality milsurp for a decent price. - Brickboy240

I know Matt. I hope you didn't take my comment as too harsh but we are moving. My stepson is having a hard time coming to grips though. He's 12 and have lived in NJ for 8 years.

Brick, I too was thinking about ordering from CDNN as they say they have some very good quality P6s. Also Nikon said they're some on GB for 600 bucks. I might get 2 and sell one.

Brickboy -- sometimes I feel like I'm going backwards in my gun choices. I started with a XD-9 SC, then sold it and replaced it with a Steyr M9-A1 (a lateral I think). Since then I've added an HK P7, a SIG Sauer P6, and just yesterday picked up a sweet S&W model 38 Bodyguard. If you guys see me start a thread about how to conceal a Colt Peacemaker...start to worry.
