The 40 versions are getting cheap right now. Alot of people are buying them instead of the 9 because of the differnce in cost of the firearm. I have seen them in the same range and even seen a few bought at 499. NICE I have mine and enjoy the piss out of it, going on a year now, with well more than 2,000 rounds fired. Good gun, good price.

That's something I'd love to see made for the XD--a carbine companion that takes the same mags, etc.

They could call it an XDC or XC or something like that.
