Yeah, with the Pearce grip extensions, the gun is not that bad at all to handle. Without them, it's certainly "doable", but naturally not as easy to control/grip as a full sized gun.
I was looking hard at a G26 in the gun shop when I ended up buying an M&P9 Compact. I just wanted to buy American, plus the rebate + 2 mags offer got me. |

Yea I'm going to put them on all of my mags but one. The thing is with the Pearce your grip is as long as a G19 but near the backstrap the shape is that of a bobtail which is better for concealment so either way its not that bad. I want to get profiencent without the extension though.
