got a weird question...
okok here: i am looking for a real dot, this red dot is not powered by a battery, i saw someone at the range with it but didnt ask, it basicaly works by a optical illusion, you have to maintain both eyes open look a the scope and a red dot appears on the target... sorry i cannot be more specific about it...
help help |

I know the Trijicon ACOG doesnt take batteries but I dont know if thats what you're looking for.

They're under $200 new so you might find a used one in your price range.

I just put a cheap BSA from Wally's for $29.00 on my MKIII 22/45, still need to get out and shoot with it. I do have it all mounted and ready to go, a little dab of blue loctite and she's ready.

the real things show up on ar15 dot com's equipment exchange every now and then. i just did a search for ya and found 2 that just sold this the past week for $80 a piece. just a thought
