I could never get myself to buy a S&W since the Clinton debacle, plus I've never been a fan of american handguns. I'll stick with my two XD9's and my H&K Compact.

I find it hard to believe that S&W can has finally built a centerfire semi auto handgun that actually works.

Yep, the M&P is a far cry from that POS Sigma. The M&P is really a wonderful pistol.

Angry Warning!!

Just want to let anybody who is planning on using wolf ammo on M&P, dont use it!!!I almost messed up my 40cal today I got this 1 box of this crap that i got free when i bought my 45 my dealer just can't give away 45acps so i said i can use a 40 anyway, loaded 10rounds no problem right so loaded a full mag..first shot boom, slide went back as if empty mag so i tried to release the mag and somehow in the process the slide went into battery with the spent casing!!i'm like crap!!so i tried to slide it back, wont freaking move!!I ended up back to the gunshop and good thing they where able to push the empty casing out..whew i thought i will have to shipped it and pay S&W to fix it..We did try it at shop and every thing worked as it should( 3 rounds throught the hot boox)..

The 39 was a single stack aluminum frame 9mm and the 59 was a double stack.

Over 50% of both models our store sold went back to the factory at least once.

I'm surprised your gun had trouble with the Wolf ammo. I have shot literally thousands of Wolf rounds without trouble. When I don't roll my own I usually buy a bunch of Wolf from ammoman.com.
