Its a Karambit of some kind.
Is it a folder or sheath/fixed knife? Any markings or words on it? Alot of quality knife companys are making their own version of the Karambit, They seem to be the "Must have defense tool" of the week. It could also be just a "liquor store knock-off" This sight might interest you, it's a good place to start at least: www.karambit.com Nice Knuckles!!!

i actually found that online on defensivecarry forum. I though it looks cool but could find that exact knife. I'm a knife person but it could make a very nice letter opener.

I hate to be a jerk here, but I"ve been looking at karambits for three years, carrying them for two. I've spent more hours looking for the right karambit than I have for the right pistol, shotgun, rifle combined.
I've never seen that one before, most don't have that sharp of an angle between the handle and the blade. If you want a sharp angled one, I like the look/feel of the James Coogler knives by cnc machining. I cheapo by mtech is actually a surprisingly good deal. Not that you can't find that knife in the picture, just that you won't, you could probably have it made though. P.S. I think that steep of an angle would be nigh uncontrollable after contact.

It almost looks like a K-Bar TDI Last Ditch Knife but that angle is too sharp I think. Could be an off brand copy of the K-Bar.
