New Model Blackhawk "Hunter" Breif Review

I don't have a lot of time to elaborate on the new model blackhawk hunter...but WHEW...what a fun gun.

I figured I'd load up some of my own .44 magnum. This is the first gun I've owned that has (so far) shot ONLY my own handloads.

Even the hotter loads (roughly 80% of maximum load data) were a JOY to shoot.

Felt recoil was easy enough that I shot through 100 rounds without TOO much problem.

Gun was INCREDIBLY accurate. VERY sharp looking, and the .44 magnum round has MORE than enough power to do what I want to do (for now )

Needless to say I feel this is a GREAT indoctrination for anyone into the world of Revolver hunting or big bore revolvers.

+If it has the same grips, it is GORGEOUS! +100

I just realized that I had the pleasure of shooting that pistol. Awesome, and pretty managable recoil.
