Question Civillian legality of several exotic ammo types?

I've been cruising around this site and noticed some very exotic ammunition... some of which I suspect is not entirely legal... I am not about to buy any of this stuff, much less try it unless I know it's legal, but I do want to hear from some knowledgeable members here as to what sort of ammo I could legally purchase as a civilian of Kentucky.

This site used to have "Flamethrower 12Ga" ammo that would spout a 100Ft stream of flame and sparks out of your shotgun's barrel, but I guess they've discontinued sale of this item.

Thanks for your time!

Federally and by VA state law they are all legal.

VA only bans some types of ammo if they are used in the commission of a crime.

I don't know other states laws.

I would guess that if you can buy it online, from a reputable source, then it is probably totally legal. If their is some restriction, they will most assuredly let you know. They don't want to have the feds hassle them any more than you do. It should say somewhere if they can or can not ship certian items to certain states. Check a little closer, and enjoy the show.

Tracers and incindearies are illegal in my state because it's an effing desert that's aching for an excuse to burst into flames.

Owning a nuclear warhead is legal in my state's law -- but detonating one isn't. :P
