I ran across this over at http://www.ktog.org and thought I'd share. ot is a Hi-Viz mid rib shot gun bead on a Kel-Tec P3-AT but might work on other's.

And for the low budget solution, Flourescent paint .....

I had my smith install a green FO Shotgun Bead type sight on my P3AT. It is just behind the existing front sight. Sure made a difference in my ability to hit a target. A few seconds with a light, and it'll glow for awhile.
