Nevada CCP
Does anyone know what's going on with the Nevada CCP's???? My brother -in- law lives in Vegas and he did his CCP back in May. He still hasn't received it. He's called a bunch of times and they just give him the BS run around crap. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!!! Thanks

It's all local, not state.
In Reno they say 120 days but in reality it is 2 weeks to 60 days depending on how busy the Sheriff Dept. is. Good luck.

Then when I went back for the fingerprinting anf processing that woman there was aslmost like an old friend as far as how she treated me. I'm so used to mono tone public employees who don't give a damn. It was a pleasant experience plus I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, no more.

When I applied for mine, in February 2007, it took LVMPD 41 days to get mine to me. When I added a new weapon in July, it took about a week to get the new updated card.
They have up to 120 days according to the statutes, so if applied for in May, that time frame should be just about up. Hope you get it soon.
