cz 223 or tikka 223
hi guys i just need some info on this rifles, i am choosing bet a CZ 223 carbibe or a TIkka stainless also 223..this will be my range rifle for long range shooting..

Define LR shooting? .223 isn't actually too great of a performer past about 5-600M unless you use heavier bullets and hand load.

If its strictly a range rifle or a occaisional ground hog then the Tikka gets my vote also but if you are just going to be punching paper then the Tikka or CZ heavy barreled varmiter will both do the trick.

Of the two up there, I'd vote Tikka...
I'd look for something with a heavier profile barrel tho.

+1 on the Tikka, Although I'd get one in .308 unless you have an AR or something and are looking for ammo interchangeablity
