a how to for buying nfa w/o CLEO signoff

just something I ran across a while back and had reason to look it up today for a friend so I thought I'd post it here. I know some folks would like to own mg's or suppressors or short barreled toys of many sorts so I thought I might do my little bit of public service and pass on some good info.

Hurry up, because the ATF is picking through this 'loophole'.......besides that you can go through the States Attorney like I did and bypass a CLEO....
