"At least" Odd, you do realize you did more harm than good, right? Most people haven't done anything because they're smart enough to realize it's a privately owned business in a capitalist country. Don't like ebay? Don't say a word and move onto the next company.
They're certainly going to listen to any loss of money before they listen to people whine at them. Like any business if enough of their customers start talking through their pocketbooks they WILL listen.

I'd say neither would have an ounce of impact at all. What would speak louder is a formal, hand written, letter mailed in with correct grammar in a calm sensible tone addressing every single issue you have a concern with.
