You're stance looks better, if a bit forward. You look as if you're scared of the recoil... to me this is evident in the way you're readjusting your grip and the look on your face before you pull the trigger.
Still, settle down your grip and your groups will come together.

What type of gun? It looks like a snub nose.
What ammunition? I shoot American Eagle 158 JSP and they are the fastest 158 grn factory load we have chronographed yet. Not bad for a snub nose revolver and full power loads at 7 yrds. in my opinion. Remember, the snubby was designed to use when fighting inside an elevator. |

Look up springerprecision.com and find his video on a GOOD grip, it also illustrates a good stance.

Load a chamber with a spent casing. Spin the cylinder so you don't know where it is. Shoot normally, and you'll be suprised what your reaction will be when you pull the trigger and you get no loud bang. You have to train yourself not to anticipate the recoil.
Also a double action trigger feels a lot differnent than any 1911 I've shot. Those Para LDAs don't count :P |

Only thing that concerns me is the location of the fingers of your support hand. If your handgun shaves a piece of jacket or if you ever use that hold with a more powerful revolver, you could lose a chunk of your forefinger or thumb. Your trigger finger should be the most forward digit on a revolver.
And try dry firing to develop DA trigger control. After triple checking that the gun is unloaded, dry fire at a nickel taped to the wall or a doorknob across the room. You can do this while watching TV during commercial breaks and soon you'll be able to isolate the trigger finger motion from your grip, which is the most important factor to getting good groups.

Thumbs-down is a better approach with any revolver.
