Question Recommendation for Quick access lock for long guns?

Folks, I live in a two-story house, so I'd like to keep one of my long-guns upstairs but didn't want to have to buy another huge safe for upstairs.

I've got neighbor kids in / out of the house all the time, so leaving it unlocked or hidden is not an option. I trust my kids (both are well-trained and my son is getting to be quite a shooter, but very mature and responsible), but live in CA and have more than a few non-gun friends.

Needs to be very quick access, so normal keyed trigger-lock is out.

Any recommendations? Haven't seen anything on Google that fits this bill.
