Talk to me about CZ pistols

I'm selling my regular XD45 Service to my brother, and I'm debating whether to replace it with an XD45 Service Compact or go another direction (just for some variety). This will be an all-around use weapon--range fun, home defense, and CCW. I've always been attracted to CZ's pistols for their reputation, good price, and solid build. What can you tell me about the CZ 75 Compact, either 9mm or .40? Any other models they make that you find interesting/like?

I have 3 CZ pistols.pre-B CZ75 9mm,CZ40B 40 S&W and a CZ82 9mm mak.
all three are excellent/accurate pistols.first time out with the 40B was very pleased with it.nib pistol several types of 40 and not one bobble.

the cz 75 I have had for years.zero problems and thats with alot of rounds down range.while I really like my XD the cz is a much more accurate pistol and the trigger is sweet.

the cz 82 is my newest one and have only put 100 rd's down range so far.nice accurate and a very nice trigger compaired to the russian/bulgie maks.

buy a cz you will like it.

I just sent my CZ75 back to CZ, because the slide is stuck for the second time. Other than that, it's a really sweet gun. I feel mine is an anomoly, and since I bought it used.........Hope they straighten it out.

Go for it! Excellent machines. I have
a CZ75BD, CZ40. Narry a problem at
all. The 9mm would be my suggested
piece for your needs. Both are good
shooters.

I'm jealous. I should have known when CDNN was selling it for $169 that something was up.

It's kind of freaky she (knows all). She is really good to me and I don't want to get cut off if you know what I mean .
