Excellent choice, CZ makes a damn fine gun. My first pistol was a CZ-75 BD, and it never failed me. I gave it to my mother a while ago, though, because once I bought my XD-9 SC, I haven't considered another 9mm. I do miss that gun, though.

You'll love it, I think. Accurate, amazingly reliable, and a very simple design.

CZ's rock! I have had a few of them. I sold them to some friends who I talked out of being anti-gun for cheap. I by george am keeping the next one I get!

I like my CZ 75 B. It is a good gun. I like my XD better for conceled carry. Both are service models and the XD concels a little better and I like not having to flip a safety. Does your compact concel nicely?

Great gun. I just shot my CZ75 SPO1 at a classifier today and I beat my XD time by two seconds. I only shot five mags in it prior. Great gun.
105.43 for the classifier.

No pics yet, sorry guys, I'm workin on it. BUT, this gun is a blast to shoot. I shot it much better than my XD after a few magazines. It's very accurate, fits my hand well, and went through about 200 rounds without a hiccup! 9mm felt much less snappy than .40, and a little cheaper. I like it.

any of you guys carry with one of these? cocked with the safety on, or do you drop the hammer to the safety click? that makes me really nervous.

I have to admit, I hadn't gone out intending to buy this gun, as I'd never shot it or really done on that much research, but when I saw it I just had to grab it- i'd never seen a new one around here before.

Oh, and it's the satin nickel finish.
