Fired Casing?
Okay, other than Maryland, what states require a spent casing when transfering a handgun?

None the spent case that comes in the case of the XD is a test fire case from the factory. It have been in an envelope also which has the date the bullet was fired giving you a date it came off the assy. line, and the test firer.
