Wife's new Ruger 22/45

Just got the wife's new 22/45 in this afternoon. We took it out to the range and she ran 150 rounds through it. I even got to shoot it for a little while. It's a nice gun. We were shooting at a IDPA size steel target at 50 yards. Gave out a nice ring as the bullets hit. We'll take it out this weekend to shoot some groups.

I think guns and ammo did a tortue test on it a few weeks ago. It looked like the damn thing was bent but she still fired.

Great .22 handgun. My 22/45 has over 5000 rounds through it with no problems. You'll really enjoy it. Good choice.

I realy like the look and feel of it. I took me a while to figure out how to field strip it though. I get the feeling I'm going to be borrowing it pretty often.

I bought one just like that last Saturday for "National Buy a Gun Day", but I've been so busy, I haven't had a chance to do a thing with it.
