Recommend a 'smithing grease?

I figured I'd post this here, as I'm thinking primarily of something to use to give my Mosin-Nagant bolt assembly a nice (thin) internal lube job just to help it cycle a little more effortlessly (a lost cause? maybe...but I'm willing to try ). My first thought was a little tub of the white lithium stuff, but has anybody used something they thought was better?

Mobile One Synthetic, it isn't effected by temp, and it cleans as it lubes.
I have been using it for about ten years on my compatition guns, and AR15s, and it's only about $4.00 a quart.

Actually, thats funny becasue I am, in fact, a little curious about what particular weight you guys are using? I'm sure it doesn't make that much difference, but I'd still like to know. I use Mobil 1 5W30 in my Yukon, so I have some on hand...
