Shipping questions...
Colorado to Washington (State) shipping.
I am in need if information on shipping of a deer rifle and a shotgun from Colorado to Washington. What are the laws/requirements on this? What about the ammo? They are being shipped by family a member there. Thanks, in advance! --Your gun is digging into my hip. --That's not my gun.

Any firearms sent through UPS or FEDEX (USPS WILL NOT ship firearms) will need to be shipped to a FFL holder. If they are C&R wepons (over 50 years old I think) they can be shipped to a C&R Lisence holder, except in Cali. where they will have to be shipped to a FFL holder.

USPS will ship long guns to a FFL or 03 C&R license holder if the long gun is indeed C&R eligible.
I've sent plently of long guns through USPS and never had any trouble.

USPS will ship long guns to any FFL01 or 03. Thats the way I usally ship saves a lot of money.
