Hk USP
I was in a pawn shop today and saw a Hk USP full size in a .45. The price tag is $650 he'd probably sell it to me for around $550. The only thing I could notice on it was the extractor had some surface rust on it. Is this a pretty good deal because I'm trying to save to get a m4.

Definitely sounds like a good deal, especially if you can get it for $550.
I don't know what it is about USP's. I cannot shoot them for $hit! I am a frickin' surgeon with a Sig Sauer. Any model Sig. I shoot them like a laser gun. Pick up a USP, and I can barely hit the target. Kinda kooky. Still very nice guns if you can shoot them.

I've got the USPc 9mm, and I know what you're talking about LUVMYSIG! When I first got it I shot so low with it. Even at 7-10 yds it was tough. I've heard of others having USP problems too...just something about them I guess. After enough practice I now shoot it really well, and is close to "tack-driver" perfect for me.
I'd go for that deal- if the gun looks as you describe it, get it! You can always put a new extractor on, too. The USP is such a well made gun, and I haven't had any reliability issues with mine at all.
