K frame round Butt or Square Butt?
I have an old .38 duty revolver S&W model 10 thats serial number starts with a C, can anyone tell me if this is a square butt or a round butt K frame?

All you have to do is look at it.
Take the grips off, if the corners of the frame are sharp, taper outward and squared off you have a square but, if they are rounded and taper inwards you have a round but. Old K frame is most likely square but, unless it is a 2" model then it might be a round but.
