No Kahr today!
My wife and I spent saturday at a local indoor range, renting guns for her to see what she liked. I thought that a full size Kahr was for sure in her future. One BIG problem though, her hands are the perfect size, so that everytime she pulls the trigger, her hand hits the mag release. She also said that it just felt to small in her hands. Good for us, she loves the XD and an XD9 Tacticle is in her future. While we were there, I looked at a few Kimbers and bought one privatly from a friend behind the counter. Its a Stainless II and is my first 1911. Saturday was a good day!!

Wow with everyone buying a 1911 I might have to look at one. I've never even looked, held or shot one.
Wow another one to add to the safe. I gotta see what all the fuss is about.

There is no other gun with a trigger as perfect as a properly set up 1911.

I had never held or really looked at a 1911 before, but was "interested" in them. The price was right, so I just dove in. I love the way that it feels, and a few dry fires let me see real fast just how nice that good ol' single action trigger feels. I still havnt shot it, but I'll give you my thoughts when I do.
