New Buddy

My XD45 was wanting some friends so I brought home a Glock19. I was deciding on that or a XD9 service. I won't be able to shoot it untill tomorrow I will post back with a range report. I don't want to hear any Glock or XD bashing please. Here are some crappy pics.

I got a brochure from the local gun shop today for Kahr guns...

It's funny, it's says in bold "Why buy a BLOCK when you can own a Kahr"

I thought that was funny... Block...

Congrats on the new addition. I like the G19, and G17 alot. When I bought my XD9 I considered a G17, but liked the "feel" of the XD better. I still wouldn't mind having a Glock though.

I put 200rds through it today. I really like it. I am much more accurate with my XD45, but I am sure that will change after I get some more ammo and practice.

not bashing either gun but I felt the glock and the xd45 one after the other and I just liked the angle on the xd better. I really wanted the reputation of the glock. both are awesome sidearms the xd felt better though. have fun with the new toy.

For the 45 I like the XD better, but for a 9mm I went with the G19 because it is a little easier to conceal. I like the feel of the XD service 9 but the Glock is a little smaller. As for reputation, you can't go wrong with either, I think the XD has allready proven its self.
