my 9MM cleaning stuff compatible with .380?

Reason I ask is I just got a Kel-Tec P3AT and I already have a cleaning kit for my XD9. Rod, Brush, Spear tip ok? Clean away?

9mm = .355 diameter .38 = .356 diameter

The kit will work fine.

The .380 is also known as the 9MM Kurtz. Kurtz is German for short.

I'm pretty sure the .380 ACP bore diameter is .355 just like the 9MM.

Either way a few thousanths of an inch is not going to matter to your brush, and the thickness of your patches will make more of a difference when you use the jag.

Clean away, it will work fine.
