Need Serious help
I was assembling my Double-Star AR15 lower when i realized that the bolt catch buffer got wedged in the hole. Don't know how to get it out. Any AR guys out there know how? it looks wedged in there pretty tight.
I have a picture of what i'm talking about but not a picture of my gun. I'll have to get a pic so you guys can see what i'm talking about. I tried getting it out but ended up scratching up my gun pretty good. ![]()

Did you not put the bolt catch spring in before the bolt catch buffer?
If you did put the spring in and noticed that once you got it in the hole it was a tight fit and it didn't move up and down, don't worry. The second lower I put together had the same problem once it was completed it loosend up. Works fine now.

I realy don't see what you are talking about, as far as I know there is no buffer on the bolt catch, did the part on the bolt catch that rest on the receiver(towards the mag well opening) break and that is how it got wedge in there?without that part breaking, there is no way the bolt catch can fit in the cut out it sits in. Got Pics?
