Seriously, I think Bill Gates should just offer the dude a billion dollars for the country. Way more than the damn thing is worth anyway. Then they could move all the Microsoft stuff down there and rename it Isle of the Windows.

Programmers could be sitting down there sucking down giant cigars with their jolt colas and making products that actually work. That, or Gates could turn it into his own personal compound. He could hire all the locals as his staff and then he could stop bitching about taxes on his 40 million dollar lakefront home. He could have an ocean front home THAT WRAPPED AROUND THE ENTIRE FREAKING ISLAND!

Or, he could open a windows theme park down there, complete with a "shoot the apple" carnie section, mascots dressed in that retarded dog the "helps" you with your search , and rides that need to be rebooted every couple of hours.

Or, he could kidnap that dude from the mac commercial and bury somewhere in ahvanna. Or ........... what the hell were we talking about?

Sorry, I just "updated" windows only to have my machine stop recognizing my DVD burner. And the thing has the gaull to tell me the wires unplugged. (stupid computers)

He can name it Isla De Las Ventanas (Windows Island). Of course when we get cigars shipped to the U.S. we would be charged a Client Access License for $300.00 per user. We would also have to relight it every 5 minutes.

Today he made statements about "being fine". Either way, if he lives or dies, I don't see any radical changes for Cuba in the near future. Unless Fidel dies and his bro, Raul, catches the same illness and dies too before being able to choose a sucessor.
