Check out my New toy!!!

Just picked up my new toy! The Smith & Wesson AR MP15T. I have not shot it yet, but this weekend I will put 500 rounds through it. I've read nothing but goodness about this weapon, but any feedback would be greatly appriciated.

The person the recommended this to me was the same that reccomended the XD (Which change my mind on Polymers). I will be adding an ACOG soon, plus other stuff. A surefire 500 lumens is next.

It's a beautiful rifle, although not quite my style. I'm sure that it's an amazing AR and that it'll fire great. For $1,200 though, wow, I think I would have bought the 24" varminter from RRA and thrown a Leupold Vari-x IV mildot scope. Then again, I'm sure we have quite different uses for the rifle, lol. I really hope that you enjoy it, and I'm sure that you will. Please let us know how they shoot, I know alot of people who are always looking for a good AR.

I went in to get a Xd 9mm Tac. I Saw the Socom II handled it, then Looked at the MP...After a few Minutes this guy walked in an bought the SOCOM II from under me for just under $2000 (with toy's), and I bought the MP (with toys). He's next weapon is the MP, my next s the SOCOM II with the VlTor Mudstock. I placed the order, but there's a wait list on the Vltor of almost 6 months.

so by X-mas I should have it with the stuff I ordered.

The Last piece, should be the Benelli M4. Extremly hard to find as is the HS12, but I've been told before the elections in Nov. Stocks should be plenty.

Good choice over the Socom II. It's wise to get the gun with all the "evil" features while you can than later. Who knows how long before the Congress pulls out another gun ban again.

What forward vertical grip is that? TangoDown?
