Looks like a blast! I've already gotten some funny looks with my 20ga bolt action shotgun too; looks like a fun gun to add

+1 on the sig pro, I have done my home work on that gun and its a nice one for sure, I wouldnt think twice to buy one..

The walther p99 does have its bad reviews, I actually bought one about 2 weeks ago (QA) and have had no troubles with it at all, I was even thinking of selling it off from stuff ive read but on the other hand it looks and shoots nice, feels great in my hands and is a solid pistol that hasnt given me any grief so its a keeper until I find something wrong with it (if I ever do)

I also feel the Springfield XD is underated, I think a lot of people havent given it a chance yet or have not yet "excepted" its quality but like the saying goes (actions speak louder then words) it will shine its light on its own. I think springfield has a real hit on it's hands

Underated,Hmm what else?? Styer M series seems to be underated, my buddy actually had one that I shot and like a lot. I have read that it has a very light firing pin spring, my buddy tried shooting carbons out if it and it did not hit the primer hard enough resulting in a "dud" he then stuck that same bullet in his Glock 34 and it fired it no problem ,so you tell me???? Finicky? poor design? I did some research and found a "test" someone did, watch out because this might make you cringe a little

your avatar looks like the real storm not the hi-point copy.

The Taurus PT940, (& PT945 & PT909/911) - all-metal - excellent fit and finish - quite accurate, good balance - design started with the Beretta but improved several things, including the decocker/safety and breach (more like a SIG 220).

Bought it originally as my 'cheap' gun, but it's so good that it will get as much care and maintenance as my HK and SIGs.

You are correct, it is. I could not be happier with my CX4 Storm. In fact, it may be my favorite weapon. But the Hi-Point still heads the underrated list.

Under Appreciated

Taurus 92 Clone's
Bulgie Makarov's
CZ PCR (maybe not underappreciated but not seen often)

The 945, 911, 9'etc Taurus' once suffered from bad plastic magazine bottoms and the cheszy plastic bad fitting grips that pealed / warped away from the gun over time. I hope they solved those problems but I gave up my first 45ACP 945 because of that. Otherwise, nice gun.

I would not have bought or given the HS a chance until Springfield badged it as their own.

I'll echo the sentiments on the CZ and add one of its clones.

EAA Witness. Most including me, buy the full-size 10mm since it is one of the few production 10s out there and at less than $350 NIB, it beats them all in price. Great gun for the money!
