I don't have sound, so I can't hear what they say, but it looks like he is limp wristing it....

I'd like to have seen the actual jam. I don't limp-wrist, and I had an "unjammable" Glock jam once...double-feed. I'm not saying they jam a lot. They don't. Generally.
Oh, and this Glock I was using had had a lot of modification for competition, which may have contributed, though it was all done well, I think.

The first one gives a better view of his grip, too...I don't think that's limp-wristing (well, on the jam. The second shot was a limp-wrist, though). I've never cared for the amount of spring tension in Glock mags, and I think it can cause some of these. It certainly causes casings to go about 800 yards away (or pretty close, at least). Of course, it's not the mags alone. There's something wrong with the mag or the gun beyond the spring, but it's hard to tell what it might be.

I looked at the Glock subcompacts when I was considering a semi after my retirement. I had never heard of an XD. I went to the local range and shot them (Glocks) in 9, 40 and 45. Limpwristed all of them even tho I had been shooting for 28 years and a 92f (yes, I know it's bigger) for 14yrs.

At the time, I didn't even know what limpwristing was and had to have the rm explain why the slide wasn't locking back on the last round and why it was jamming.

He suggested a XD, but only had the 4" 9 on hand. I liked it for various reasons (ambi mag release being a major one). Bought a SC9 and have never limpwristed in the 2yrs. I've had it and don't believe I'm doing anything different.

I know Glocks are excellent firearms, but evidently the small ones aren't for me.

His whole body moves rearward on the shot. Apparently he isn't leaning into the gun. He also is letting the gun move too much under recoil, i.e. too loose a grip with his off hand. That's what I see in this video. Could be poopy ammo, too.

Bad combination with a polymer gun. My G-23 has NEVER jammed after a few thousand full house 155s through it. But I GRIP it instead of holding it.

My hand gets a little tender, though, after 50 or so rounds of 1150 fps 155s.
