Beretta 90two
This one somehow or other escaped my radar, but apparently my local range is having a Beretta National Range Day Event this coming weekend with Px4, Cx4, and 90two's available to shoot for free. While I am hardly a Beretta fan, it will be hard not to at least take it for a spin...

In my case, I found out about the event when I saw a flyer taped to the range door at the place hosting it locally - no sign-up required, just show up. I really can't advise about sign-ups / email.

I got to check out a 90TWO at the SHOT show.
Nice, but it somehow felt not as well made as the 92.

Heck, I have received 2 or 2 emails about it - unfortunately, the closest one appears to be in Dallas. - I'm not gonna drive 3 hours away...

I haven't seen the emails. One of the locations is 10 minutes from me. I'll be there. It would be cool to win a free pistol.

I signed up for it as well, but I will be tied up with looking at reception halls. After Saturday, hopefully someone will update this thread with opinions on the new models.

I have shot the PX4 in 9mm and 40SW. My brother owns the 9mm PX4.
Not bad...defeinately better ergonomics than the chunky 92FS series pistols...utterly reliable, too. Not really any more or less accurate than anyting else in its class (like my XD-40 or P225 Sig) but not inaccurate, either. Wouldn't trade my Hi-Power for the 9mm version and there are better "feeling" hi-cap service 9mms out there like the P226 Sig, but its definately a step in the right direction for Beretta. Beretta's quality is always high, but the ergonomics of the 92 series always felt too chunky and thick to me. The PX4 does not feel like that at all. If they appeal to you, they are very good shooters. I actually liked the way the 40 caliber PX4 handled the snappy recoil of the 40SW round...better than the XD-40 Service, actually. - Brickboy240
