Ahhh yes...another great John Browning design...is it not? I have my Grandad's 1920 made Winny 97 in 16 gauge - sweet shooter. A tad heavy, but solid and a very slick action that I doubt you could wear out completely.
I also have a 1935-made Winchester Model 12 12 gauge that is stamped "Dallas Police Dept." on the receiver...one of the early police/security shotties from Winchester. Its my house gun right now. I also own another Model 12 in 16 gauge and a Model 42 410. I am a huge fan of the Model 97 and Model 12 Winchester pumpguns. Nice to see that you have the right bayonet (the one that also fits on the M1917 Enfield rifle) as well as the M1907 sling. I wantede one of those Norincos, but by the time I got around to looking around for one to buy, I did not know that they had been banned from importation. Good find! - Brickboy240
