New Mexico CHL
I wish to get a New Mexico CHL. Upon a quick scan of the law, please correct me if I'm wrong, it seems that New Mexico is caliber dependent. IOW, if you qualify with a 9mm, you can't carry anything larger than that. Texas did have a caliber requirement but it also has a pistol type requirement (revolver or auto-loader). In TX, if you qualify with an auto-loader you can carry anything. If you qualify with a revolver, that's all you can carry.
Any help with this matter is greatly appreciated.
