I Googled "the ultimate speed loader" but only got links to Airsoft BB loaders and mag pouches (only looked 3 pages in...).
Who makes the one that can be used with a Buck Mark? Can someone provide a link please - or at least the mfg's name? |

It's actually called "The Ultimate Clip Loader"
Google that and you'll find it.

And if you buy the Ulitmate Clip loader from the manufacturer it is cheaper: $21.95 vs $29 and $30 I found on various sites.

Retired....I'm not so sure about the previous reply on the fluted barrel not being more accurate than an equal length bull barrel.
Obviously two identical guns with identical barrels of identical lengths should figure to be exactly as accurate as one another. If they both are equally rigid and of equal temperatures. But from what I have been led to understand (don't know if it's true), the fluted barrel is supposed to dissipate heat better. A barrel that gets too hot is (again...supposedly) going to be less accurate. I guess it depends how rapid you fire. My full bull barrel I find to be exceptionally accurate even when I fire rather quickly (which I do occasionally....and still shooting from a rest I'll get a dime size group at 40 feet without bothering to re-aim....just pull the trigger...bang, bang, bang, bang, etc.). The other thing about fluted barrels (more theoretical stuff)...some say (like Ruger and other barrel makers including Volquartsen and other high end barrel suppliers) that the fluting actually makes the barrel more rigid. I do know barrels flex as a bullet travels through them (the reason bull barrels are supposed to be more accurate....just thicker and more "solid"). Does fluting really both dissipate heat AND add rigidity? (and lower weight a bit)? Seems to be the present wisdom. How much difference it really can make would be interesting to hear. Peace, D.
