Rossi Revolvers????

Does anybody know anything about these pistols. I am considering purchasing one for a Summer concealed carry pistol. I was told that they are now covered by a lifetime warranty. I am considering the .38 and the .357 cal.

You will hear good and bad.

I never had any discontent with the ones
that I owned. I do not know about the lifetime
warranty.

They used to be so so until Taurus bought them out and took over all manufacturing. They supposedly are much better now. They have a nice 357 model for a good price.

I have a friend who owns an older Rossi 38. It has very few rounds through it and the trigger is as if there is a handful of sand in the mechanism.

However, 1) it may not be broken in, and 2) I have heard that the new ones have a much better trigger.

I'd buy a Taurus before I'd buy a Rossi.

I own Smith & Wesson's,take a look at the model 686 and 66.I own the +'s,they carry 7 shots instead of 6.Also you might look at the Ruger sp101,for something a little smaller in size.
