Hey, the original is ugly enough to peel paint. For the first time ever, I think ATI has made a replacement stock that actually improves on the original.

I hereby dub it the "StormPoint"

They haven't shipped to anyone yet. I just bought a used 995 just to get that and start on another project and I am on the list at the local shop for one of the stocks

No kidding, I think I might join you. I thought I wasn't shallow about weapons, but despite all the good press I never could bring myself to own the homely hipoint carbine. Now, I'm considering it. Let's see how much they want for the stock, first...

I've had a couple before and never had a problem with them. They are ugly but they are reliable and accurate and you can buy 3 of them for the cost of one Storm.

Stock's going to be 70-80 bucks and ATI is said to have a rail kit coming this summer for it as well.

Awesome! That makes me seriously consider buying another Hi Point just so I can use that stock. Any idea on how much it cost? I can't seem to find the price on there.
