My New (old) Revolver
Here's a picture of my recently acquired Smith & Wesson model 67.
It's a .38 Special, 4" barrel K-frame. It's in very good condition. I doubt it's been shot over a dozen times. I'm just tickled sheetless to have found it. The 67's are not rare but you just don't seem to run across them as often as some of the more popular S&W revolvers. It has a fairly low serial number, (5k51***) as best as I can estimate it's an early 70's model. If anyone can narrow it down a little closer I'd appreciate it. I wish I had that old blue cardboard S&W box it came in..... ![]() As soon as I can find a proper leather holster this gun is going to make a great woods companion. As new as the condition is on this gun it's still got a trigger that will bring tears to your eyes....and it's only going to get better. Now I gotta find a box of wadcutters. I know it's gonna be a real shooter. bd |

that makes me itch for a revolver. I recently shot and fell in love with my dads S&W 28 highway patrolman.

Nice.
You just can't beat S&W's for how pretty they are.

The more I handle this old gun the more I love it......
If anyone has a decent old leather holster gathering dust in their old holster box that would fit this piece.....I'm in the market. Thanks, bd |

Sweet! y
You gotta love the older K-frame Smith revolvers. I have an early 70s Model 10 and an early 80s Model 19 357. Used to have an old 686, but stupidly sold it to a co-worker. S&W revolvers are great shooters and very well made pieces. Don't care for S&Ws semi-autos, but their revolvers are top notch. - Brickboy240
