Sights units on SKS
Does anyone happen to know the units of measure marked on the SKS M59/66 yugo?

One set is one the ladder sight for the grenade launcher:


and the other is the adjustable iron sights:



Basically how do I set the sigths to the right place for the yards/meters or whatever they are?

All in meters. On the grenade site, its for the different types of grenades. Large scale is for anti-personel, smoke, starburts ...any 'light weight' grenade. The smaller scale is for anti tank, anti''material", HE....any of the 'heavy' types of grenades. Scale is based on meters of travel for said weight of projectile. On your leaf sight, the "N" is the 'battle" setting. The rest are in 100 meter increments...1-10 is 100m-1000m
