Maybe you should cut your finger grooves off and jb weld them to my XD45. I wish the XD had them.

You could probably have someone add finger grooves if desired...

Yes, the smith that modded the frame on my Glock 22 has done several XDs....reshaped them, chopped them and yes added grooves or a flared magwell.

I had the hump taken out of the backstrap on my G22...it now points like a 1911. Cost me about 110 bucks and was oh so worth it.

The thing is I like the way the Uncle Mikes slip on grip feels. The grooves are nice and the extra girth is just right for my paws, but it's still a slip on grip. It just looks kind of cheesy. I took it off recently and realized how much I miss it. If a custom shop could add material, cut finger grooves in, and stipple it, I might be interested. But for now I will make due.

Bowie Tactical, Boresight Solutions and similar companies will do that for you.

I really want to gee this thing up close. Seems like the ol Glock guys are finally trying to make some improvements in the "Perfect" weapon..

Still, it sounds allot like an XD to me..

Here is a pic.. I don't see the forward serrations. Don't like the half moon serrations at all.
