Well I finally made it to the range today to break in my new Bersa .380 Thunder. The first 20 or so rounds I was all over the place getting used to the sites, trigger, and over all feel of shooting the gun. As I kept shooting the grouping got quite a bit better. Some shots were sharing the same hole at ten yds. Which for me is not bad using a gun I have never fired before today. This was also and outdoor range in November. So how much the wind affected the bullets, who knows? I did put a clay pidgeon on the back drop which is 25 yds. After about 50 rounds shot, I was just seeing if I could hit one from that distance. On the 5th shot it blew it apart which I did not think was to bad at all for a new gun.
I shot a 100 round box of WWB FMJ ammo. I'm happy to report there was not one failure to chamber, fire, or eject. The gun functioned perfectly.
I have to tell ya guys I'm pretty impressed with this gun. it's got a real nice feel to it, and I feel that the more I shoot it the better I'm going to like it. It also carries well IWB. using a Desantis holster. I'm not trying to sell anybody on anything, but if you or your loved one is looking for a smaller caliber auto pistol that seems to be on the reliable side and won't break the bank, you might want to take look at the Bersa Thunder .380. IMO it's a real nice little pistol without being to little.

I have been reading on here for a few weeks and this post caught my attention. The Bersa is a great weapon and anyone I have let use it has been impressed. I have only had my permit for about 6 months and the Bersa was my first purchase (about 3 minutes later). I now have an XD40 as well and look forward to adding to my new collection...

If I ever got a .380, it'd probably be one of these.
walther's have a goddawful trigger pull too.

I haven't shot a Bersa, but I'm not a fan of shooting Walther's.
