Opinions re Walther P99, please!

I had one. Guns have a superb feel with that adjustable backstrap and are tack-driver accurate. Only reason I got rid of mine was that .40S&W is a defense caliber for me, and a little too expensive to target shoot with (relative to 9mm).

I really like the guns. Ergonomics and function are top flight.

Around here, a box of WWB (100 count) is $20 for 9mm and $21 for .40S&W. I guess it's a regional thing and it's more a price difference elsewhere.
