Are you talking about one you can manually cock yourself? Like the 1911? If so you got the EMP and Para Hawg series. The HK USP and USPc you can carry condition 1 (cocked and locked) they have decockers too. And of course you have various revolvers.

Eaa Witness/Tanfoglio, Tanfoglio Force, Browning HP compact, Mitex Arcus 94c/98c (Bulgarian), IDF Ranger HPC (Brit copy of the Arcus/High Power) , FEG M95 Detective, Star Firestar and Firestar Plus, Astra A80, A90, A100, Daewoo DP51, A bunch of CZs, Berettas, S&Ws, Rugers, Sigs, HKs, ....Its easy to match the size, but not the weight....
