Buckmark Info...
I'm fixing to buy a buckmark... Will it perform well in the uspsa environment?? I'm planning on running drills using my buckmark to conserve ammo costs... Just wanna know how it handles rapidfire situations mostly... probably gonna mount a cheap red dot on it to play with...

Also, I heard that you should clean them every 50 rounds... seems like they should run alot more than this before cleaning... also can you mount a 1913 rail to the top of a standard buckmark for a red dot???

I rapid-fire my Buck Mark on occasion and haven't had any issues. I bought it strictly as a fun plinker/target gun to serve as an alternative to my 9mm. By far this gun fits my hand best out of all the guns I've shot and it's weighted darn near perfect IMO. The only thing I don't like is how fast I go through a mag. I have two, but I'm still wishing I had something more than 10rds.
The only problems I've had with it is a few misfires here and there (ammo?) and loading issues from not pushing the mag all the way in (easy to do). I hope that helps.

Thats pretty much why I'm getting it, is to "replace" my xd9 for some practice time and plinking... I also like how its weighted, and seems to fit my hand even better than the XD... Aren't there some hicap .22 mags for them somewhere???

Surely there are. At the bottom of the OEM mags is a huge spacer (block of composite). If this was reduced, it would fit 15...single stack of course.
I went to a better front sight on mine and it helped tremendously BTW.

B-Square makes a rail mount for it. I have one one for mine.

I've ran a whole box (525) of Remington through mine in one session without cleaning. Actually I ran the count past 1500 before I cleaned it
+1 on the B-Square rail. 2 screws and a little locktite, and it's good to go.

Does the Buckmark plus UDX have holes tapped for the rail? or should I order one of the other models that already have a rail?? I'm pretty sure I wanna put a cheap tasco, or bsa red dot on it to play with, or shoot steel with...

I have a Buckmark Hunter. If you want the rail, ajustable rear sight, and optics front sight Hunter is for you. Bought it year and a half ago put at least 10k rounds through it, never had any problems. Everytime I go to the range everybody wants to shoot it.
