11.43mm = .45 caliber. It's a handgun and semi auto, something like the 9x23 cartridge.

I mean I know what 11.43x23mm is but what kinda gun is he looking for. H&K makes a rifle in .45

Is there enough headspace for the 11.43x23? Same thing with 9x23...the headspace is different on those guns.

As far as I knew 11.43x23mm was the same as .45 ACP.
