gift ideas
As a husband, what's a gift your wife could get you that would just make your Christmas? (that's fairly inexpensive, and not an actual firearm). I've got to be reasonably sneaky since I know my husband is on the forums.

The key to a man's heart is thru his stomach or by adding to his ammo cache.
I would be really thankful if my girlfriend found out what caliber's I have (if you need to find out, it says on the side of the gun ) and bought me a couple of boxes.
You could also get hima gift certificate to attend a class.

I like gift certificates. GC to a class is a good idea I hadn't thought of asking for.

Gift certificates to a class is a nice way to go. Umm if he hunts and doesn't have a dedicated knife one of those would be good. Ammo is nice, but don't by wolf. If he has a pistol with rails possibly a laser/light attachment. Crimson trace grips depending on his handguns are awesome, but those are around 250. If your in California, go on ebay and buy for around 100 bucks a thing to front site, that would be an awesome gift. If he wants to go hunting and has a shotgun, but doesn't have a slug barrel thats a viable option.
It all depends on what he needs, if he uses glocks (shame on him) a 22LR slide attachment would be a good choice, and would be worth the money down the road.

A 5.11 Tactical range bag would make most people happy.

any firearms accessories, IE Mags, Ammo, do you know where he currently shops for accessories? get him a Gift Certificate, IMHO they are not impersonal if you put thougth into where to get him one. cant go wrong with Cabelas or Walmart?
just a thought does he have a weapon light for his XD? (assuming cus your on a XD fourm) if not maybe a SUREFIRE weapon light or a alike model?
