Any Ruger SR9 owners?

Being such a big Ruger fan, I was embarrassed that I hadn't heard of the SR9 before last night. I happened onto a deal at $360 NIB so it's on the way.
I've never really cared for the "feel" of the centerfire Ruger semi-autos before, well, except the 345, but this offering seems to have my name written all over it!
So...my XD45 is on hold till after Christmas, but my XD40 came in yesterday!

I fodled a few at the gun show today. Very nice feeling pistol. Super light too. No clue on how it shoots or the trigger feel though...

I work for ruger and got to shoot it before it came out and its a nice weapon if you like 9mm. Shoots great. Groups were touching at 25 yards. I recommend it if you like 9mm. You can adjust the back strap of the grip and its got a nice feeling trigger.

You work for Ruger!...dang!...that would be my dream job! My first handgun was the GP100 when it first hit the market, I've been a huge fan ever since, just never really cared for the feel of the semi-autos though. Hopefully the SR9 will be a different story.

$360 nib........come on Snal.....give up the source.....talk man talk.....I want one too
Sounds like a great deal on a great pistol. I keep seeing videos and reading stuff about it....really looking forward to getting one.
Please post range report.

PS +10000 on the gp100, great gun, and first centerfire pistol I ever shot. Nothing but .22 before that. Still have one.

Found this one from a guy who's apparently a dealer, on another site. Said he ordered it in for a customer and the deal fell thru. It's supposed to ship out on monday, so I should have it next week.
I haven't even shot my XD40 yet...turned cold again here and I've been doing the firewood thang all day.

$360.00 is a great price. The only place around here that has it in stock sells it for $500.00 or so out the door.
I would like your source as well.

I'll ask him if he would sell more for the same price. Actually it's $360 + $20 shipping to my FFL...and he's not charging me anything for the transfer. No tax since I'm in a different state.
The "commercial" write ups I've read sound great. Looks like it has a SS bbl...but I haven't confirmed that anywhere...does anybody know?

The dealer is in Rhode Island BTW

thaks for the info snal, I think you are right about the SS barrel. Its on rugers web site and there are some vids as well. Looks to be great shooter. Every write up I've seen says 1-2 inch groups at 15-25 yds.
Let us know if he would sell another at that price. I just sold an XD 40 sc today and would order one with no hesitation.
Thanks
